Jen Johnson is excited to be a part of St. Gabriel Classical Academy’s first year of middle school.  She brings ten years of teaching experience, ranging from public, charter, private, and homeschool educational settings.  She received her B.A. in History from UCCS and has completed additional master’s coursework in education, while obtaining her alternative teaching license in Colorado.  She enjoys digging deeper into learning and encouraging students to remain curious, inquisitive, life-long learners.  She loves how Catholic classical education facilitates cohesive learning as it prepares young people for higher education, nurtures faith and family, and actively engages in truth, beauty, and goodness in the world around us.  In her not-so-spare time, she enjoys music, getting to know the saints, observing nature, reading, painting, and spending time with her family.
