7:40 A.M. First Bell, 7:50 A.M. Second Bell until 3 P.M. The full-day Montessori Preschool and K-5th will have the same hours.

Do you have financial aid or tuition assistance?

Do students attend Mass regularly?
Yes, grades 1st-5th will be attending daily Mass at 8 A.M. and all Holy Days of Obligation.
What will your faith culture be like?
We desire to foster a culture of faith and life within our community of teachers, staff, students, and parents by:
-Remaining faithful to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church (all teachers pledge to witness and teach in accordance with the Magisterium)
-Fostering a sacramental life
-Encouraging a diverse Catholic devotional life

When will the new school be built and finished?
Ground breaking of the new school begin the summer of 2022 and will be finished in Fall 2023. For the 2022/2023 school year, we will be utilizing the classrooms and facilities inside St. Gabriel Parish.
Do you have Extended Care?
Yes, we have an extended care program for all students (before and after school). Please contact our Administrative Assistant Michelle Trinca if you need care.
What is your teacher-to-student ratio?
K-5th classes will not exceed the 1:25 ratio. The Montessori Preschool will not exceed 20.
Do you have a lunch program?
Yes, our K-5th lunch program will be offering Farm to Table lunches Monday-Friday through Skills Academy Vocational School. The Montessori Preschool will provide snacks/lunches.
Are you able to support special needs students?
At St. Gabriel Classical Academy, we want all children to be successful, thus a dedicated team has been created to prepare individualized plans and provide services for students through our St. Joseph of Cupertino Program.
What is your math curriculum?
All our teachers will be using the highly effective teaching approach “Singapore Math.” The Singapore math method is focused on mastery, which is achieved through intentional sequencing of concepts.
How will reading be taught?
All our teachers will be trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach and will be using this method of teaching in the classroom.
Will students have a lot of homework?
Our philosophy is that children should spend quality time at home with their families after school.
